Catheterisation – Male & Female

This course will participants with expert theoretical and practical instruction on how to perform male and female urinary catheterisation in a safe and skilled manner. The introduction of a urinary catheter presents an opportunity for micro-organisms to invade the urinary tract and result in a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTI is the most common healthcare associated infection in the UK.
